Duncan sets goals for 4th year as education secretary

As Arne Duncan begins his fourth year as Secretary of Education, he says his focus is on raising graduation rates to 100% and preparing all students for college and career. In this interview, he also discusses the role technology will continue to play in education and the importance of effective teachers. "Great teachers, regardless of socioeconomic challenges -- which are very real, we need to address them holistically -- great teachers make a huge difference in students' lives," he said.
