U.S. court moves on to central issues in health care challenge

On the first day of hearings over a challenge to the U.S. health care system overhaul backed by President Barack Obama, Supreme Court justices appeared to agree that the 1867 Anti-Injunction Act doesn't bar the court from considering the case. The court will spend the next two days hearing arguments on the constitutionality of the health care law.
