Companies should track and reward ethical behavior the same way they do with quality and performance, Stanford University professor Jeffrey Pfeffer writes. Test employees on their knowledge about company policies and use surveys to find out how comfortable they are about raising ethical concerns. "Companies that are serious about their ethical culture define and then measure the components of such culture," Pfeffer writes.
