Lindt, WCF support fine-flavor cocoa research

Lindt & Sprungli and the World Cocoa Foundation are providing financial support for a Department of Agriculture program researching the genetics of fine-flavor cocoa in Ecuador. “By better understanding the diversity of Ecuadorian cocoa, we are positioned to maintain production of distinctive cocoa varieties, while helping farmers to benefit from increased yields," said Bill Guyton, president of the World Cocoa Foundation.
