NAND flash memory market recovered in Q4, IHS iSuppli says

Global sales of NAND flash memory devices reached $5.6 billion in the fourth quarter, a 17% gain over Q3's $4.8 billion, according to IHS iSuppli. The market research firm estimated that annual sales of NAND flash totaled $20.2 billion for 2012, with Samsung Electronics leading the market with a revenue market share of nearly 37%.
