Ontario's teachers could cease work action

High-school teachers in Ontario, Canada, began participating again in extracurricular activities last month and the province's elementary-school teachers are being advised by union leaders to follow. Extracurricular activities were suspended following a dispute between teachers and the government over contracts, but talks between the groups began again under new Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne.
