Participant's Pivot looks to attract millennial audience

Pivot, Participant Media's new network for millennials, is slated to debut on Aug. 1 in 40 million homes. The channel, which will use the tagline "It's Your Turn," will be available via cable and through an online subscription. The schedule will include "Take Part Live," a late-night talk show; Rolling Stone magazine-sponsored live programming and documentaries; airings of "Friday Night Lights," "Farscape" and other series; and "Will," a scripted show about a young Shakespeare.
