Two-star Army Reserve Gen. Megan Tatu has become the highest-ranking female Reserve commander on the West Coast, taking charge of the 79th Sustainment Support Command. Her decision to join the Reserve was influenced by her desire to raise a family while continuing to serve, she says. "I wanted to be a full-time mom, but I also felt I had much more to give."
