Which whole-grain labels should you watch for?

There are a number of product stamps used to identify heart-healthy whole-grain foods, but researchers from Harvard University, who examined labels on 545 products, determined that the best comes from the American Heart Association, which requires a ratio of no more than 10 parts carbohydrate content to 1 part fiber. USDA recommends eating three or more servings of whole-grain products each day.
