Connecticut to raise minimum wage to $10.10 an hour

Connecticut will increase its minimum wage to $10.10 an hour in phases over three years under legislation signed Thursday by Gov. Dannel Malloy. The state with the highest current minimum wage is Washington, at $9.32 an hour.
