How educators can use federal funds to pay for education technology

Richard Culatta, the U.S. Department of Education's director of the Office of Educational Technology, recently released an open letter to educators in which he outlines four ways educators can leverage federal funds to purchase education technology. Examples include using funds from the Elementary and Secondary Education Act and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
