Longtime prosthetist teaches at Baylor's new O&P master's program

Below-knee amputee Earl Fogler is now a lab manager and instructor in the new O&P master's degree program at Baylor College of Medicine, after working 38 years at Muilenburg Prosthetics in Houston. The Baylor program will help elevate the O&P field within the health care industry, Fogler says. "Through the school, we promote ourselves as part of the medical team, right there with the doctor and the physical therapist," Fogler said.
