Measure to delay ICD-10, patch SGR passes House

The House of Representatives voted Thursday to approve a fast-track bill that would extend the ICD-10 transition date to Oct. 1 of next year and avert for another year a major cut in Medicare physician reimbursement rates. The bill could be taken up by the Senate as early as today.
