United Airlines is adding almost 500 electronics charging stations in customer-seating areas at many U.S. airports. Airports in Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New Orleans and Newark, N.J., are among those that will get the charging stations. "Our customers have told us they depend on their electronic devices to stay productive and connected at 35,000 feet, and that requires a full battery," said Jimmy Samartzis, United’s vice president of customer experience.
