Top marketer quits Mitsubishi

Robert Martin, director of brand marketing for Mitsubishi Motors North America, has resigned his position following an announcement by the automaker that it had selected BBDO of New York to head its advertising. Martin is the latest in a string of top executives to leave Mitsubishi recently. CEO Finbarr O'Neill, advertising director Diane Hong and marketing SVP Ian Beavis resigned during the account review period.
