Cadbury CEO: Merging with Hershey makes sense

Merging with Hershey makes commercial, strategic and financial sense, said Cadbury Schweppes chief executive Todd Stitzer. If the U.K. company buys Hershey, it would reclaim the North American rights to the Cadbury Dairy Milk, Cadbury Fruit & Nut and Caramello brands.
