In the not-to-distant future, cell-phone users will be able to find their contacts in person: GPS technology is becoming standard on high-end phones, and software makers are producing applications that allow users to see the location of their contacts on a map. While the mobile industry is moving gingerly into this arena, because of privacy concerns, some analysts believe younger users are eager to have such features included in their mobile devices.
