Column: Passenger rights bill bad idea

The New York passenger rights law that was recently struck down by a federal appeals court demonstrates the sense of entitlement many Americans feel when things go wrong, writes Mike Gallagher, a Fox News contributor. "In the case of the airline passenger bill of rights, the courts recognized that if one particular state can mandate things like drinking water and peanuts on a stranded airplane, other states can jump in and demand a certain brand of beverage or a sodium-free diet," Gallagher writes.
