Women lose momentum as corporate gender gap widens

The gains women have made in equal opportunity for the past 30 years appear to be eroding as a gender gap in pay, board seats and corporate-officer posts have leveled off or dropped in recent years. "Women have taken a backseat," says venture capitalist Mark Walsh. "They're not being allowed to drive in terms of corporate governance."
