Health reform may spur workers to flee jobs, become entrepreneurs

The ability to get affordable health care outside the workplace might encourage some workers with entrepreneurial streaks to quit their full-time jobs and start businesses, some experts say. Net employment might not increase, however, because entrepreneurs aren't likely to hire right away and health care reform is expected to result in job losses.
