Student CEC group holds wheelchair basketball event

A group of students at Winona State University in Minnesota were introduced to the sport of wheelchair basketball at an event sponsored by the school's Student Council for Exceptional Children. Billy Schultz, a 25-year-old who uses a wheelchair, helped explain the rules to the teams of students who turned out for the event, and members of the WSU women's basketball team joined the competition as well.
