Workers dismantle crane following Lower Manhattan crash

A crane tipped, fell and crashed against a 25-story building in Lower Manhattan over the weekend, prompting the city to suspend the license of the crane's operator. Workers on Sunday were dismantling the 250-foot crane. Investigators said they believe Christopher Cosban, the operator, did not lower the boom as far as it could go, which may have contributed to the crash.
