Southwest Airlines is now providing service in and out of Newark Liberty International Airport. Chris Rupprecht, the station manager of ensuring Southwest's planes take off on time, is a 15-year veteran of the industry. "I've never worked at an airport this busy," he says, while climbing steep metal stairs to the jet bridge. "You're at the mercy of the air traffic control tower. I don't expect everything to be perfect the first day, but we'll be ready."
