Christie's budget is based on "rosy" revenue forecast, official says

The New Jersey Legislature's highest-ranking finance official told lawmakers that Gov. Chris Christie's budget proposal probably overstates revenues to be collected over the next 15 months by $537 million. "Our revenue forecasts are a rosy one," said David Rosen, the finance officer. "That's certainly a risk. We are assuming a rebound."
