Many states are still working to construct health insurance exchanges, young adults can still stay on their parents' insurance until age 26 and preventive care must still come without a co-pay, all while the U.S. Supreme Court reviews the law that makes all of those provisions possible. Court watchers say that while a decision could come at any time, the ruling is likely to be revealed in June.
