Wisconsin contractor faces penalty for fall-protection violations

A contracting firm from Neenah, Wis., could face about $122,000 in penalties from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for failing to provide fall-protection devices for its workers at two construction sites. GTO Contractors was cited for not giving crews training and fall-protection equipment while they were working on a steep roof.
