Calif. district seeks solutions on school technology

A California school district will form a committee to study how to encourage students to use more school technology. At issue, officials say, is that much of the school's technology is going unused by students -- possibly because teachers lack training and because the technology is not being used in the right ways. One suggestion is to allow students to access classroom lessons using technology -- both on and off campus.
