More than 6 million Americans have secured health insurance under the Affordable Care Act, beating the Congressional Budget Office's most recent estimate with three days to go until the application deadline. "I think the program is finally starting to hit its stride in terms of reaching the enrollment goals the administration set," said John Rother, CEO of the National Coalition on Health Care.
