How Google is gauging employees' work-life balance

Google is conducting a long-term study of its employees with the aim of improving wellness, cultivating leaders and keeping workers engaged for longer periods, Google's Laszlo Bock writes. Initial results show a large group of "Integrators" at Google who have difficulty turning work off, he writes.
