European nations may reconsider the rate at which they are defunding defense, experts say, in the wake of Russia's invasion and seizure of Ukraine's Crimean region. "We live in a different world than we did less than a month ago," NATO secretary general, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, said. "I am the first to stress that Europe must do more."
