I-95 stretch partially reopens after tanker crash

Around-the-clock construction work enabled authorities to reopen a northbound stretch of I-95 in Bridgeport, Conn., just days after a tanker truck crash partially melted an overpass. Engineers are assembling a temporary bridge for the southbound lanes, which should be open in a few days, but full repairs could take a year and a half.
