Study: Uninsured account for 15% of ER visits

An American College of Emergency Physicians study out today says a majority of the patients who are treated in emergency rooms actually have some type of health insurance. "There are a million reasons why ERs are crowded," said California Hospital Association executive Debby Rogers.
