Developers oppose Florida tree protection rules

Developers in Seminole County, Fla., are coming out in opposition to proposed rules designed to protect trees on scenic roads in the county. Developers say the rules would be too restrictive and bureaucratic. The county's commission has been tweaking the rules since the county's planning board rejected them late last year.
