Unilever hopes to offer gourmet options

Trained chefs develop packaged and processed foods that incorporate quality ingredients and unique flavors at Unilever's Innovation Centre in the U.K. Good ingredients are vital, one of Unilever's food ambassadors said, but the driving forces behind his inventions are the push for more nutritious foods and promoting "semi-scratch cooking" over takeout for consumers who have not learned how to cook from scratch.
