A job seeker who has had multiple interviews but no offer may just be a victim of the times, writes Phyllis Korkki. Paul Powers, a management psychologist in Wellesley, Mass., reminds job seekers that "the essential nature of an active job hunt, while you're unemployed, is rejection. If you're not getting rejected enough, you're not working hard enough."
