Lawmaker says EPA has failed to provide details on climate regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency has failed to adequately respond to a number of detailed questions about federal greenhouse-gas regulations, according to Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, who sent the questions to the agency this month. The EPA "has refused to answer even the most basic questions about how many stationary sources will be regulated, when those sources will be regulated, what technologies will be mandated for compliance and how much the regulations will cost," according to a statement from Murkowski's office.
