MGM Mirage, CityCenter contractor square off over $492 million lawsuit

General contractor Perini Building last week filed a lawsuit against CityCenter in Las Vegas for $492 million. Perini alleges that CityCenter, owned jointly by MGM Mirage and Dubai World, failed to pay the contractor for construction work. MGM Mirage says it will countersue, claiming Perini is to blame for construction problems at the complex's Harmon hotel.
