Pentagon: No concerns about NASA changes yet

In a House defense spending subcommittee hearing, U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Adm. Mike Mullen said they were not aware of specific concerns in the Pentagon over the proposed changes at NASA. Some have already voiced concern over heavy-lift rockets or the industrial base if President Barack Obama's proposals for the civilian space agency take effect, but Gates said nothing had been brought to his attention yet.
