Protesters target Nestle via social media

Environmental activists turned to social-media sites including YouTube and Nestle's Facebook page to criticize Nestle's use of palm oil from a company that Greenpeace says harms the rain forest. Nestle has already cut ties with the supplier, but a representative notes the challenge with social media is "to show that we are listening, which we obviously are, while not getting involved in a shouting match."
