Wisconsin schools to adopt RTI in 2013

One Wisconsin elementary school is using Response to Intervention methods to identify and help struggling students. Meanwhile, a new state law, which takes effect in 2013, will require that all schools in the state employ RTI programs to identify new students with learning disabilities.
