Airlines working to get fliers to pay for premium seating

Some industry insiders believe airlines are resorting to "unethical" and even "grossly misleading" tactics in an attempt to get fliers to pay extra for premium seats. "Are some carriers intentionally holding back seat assignments, in the hope we'll all pay for 'premium' seats? It's a fair question, and the evidence is intriguing," Bill McGee writes.
