Not every co-worker is a friend -- some are insecure, overambitious back stabbers, Dorothy Tannahill-Moran writes. Document all your communications with people like this and don't be afraid to confront them when they cross the line. "Part of the reason why this person resorts to backstabbing as their growth strategy is because it can work to some degree. Most people are loath to get into a confrontation with others, especially publicly," Tannahill-Moran writes.
