JetBlue pilot is charged, carrier will issue refunds

JetBlue will give passengers aboard a Las Vegas-bound flight a one-way refund and a voucher for another flight after one of the carrier's pilots caused a disturbance in the air Tuesday. Capt. Clayton Osbon, 49, a JetBlue pilot since 2000, has been charged with interfering with a flight crew.
