Man sues retailers that denied entry to miniature service horse

Jose Estrada, a paraplegic who relies on a miniature horse named Princess to pull his wheelchair, is suing two retailers that barred him and his horse from entering their stores. The suit maintains that the outlets violated the Americans with Disabilities Act, which allows for service dogs and miniature horses to be admitted to such establishments.
