Hawaiian rolls out self-tagged baggage at Honolulu airport

Hawaiian Airlines passengers can self-tag their bags at Honolulu International Airport. The carrier said self-tagging cuts the average check-in time by almost half. "Every minute saved in the check-in process improves our customers' experience substantially, so this is a significant enhancement,” said Louis Saint-Cyr, Hawaiian's vice president for customer service, in a statement.
