The last king of Rwanda, Kigeli V Ndahindurwa, fled his country in 1960, and now the 7-foot-2 septuagenarian is living out his old age on public assistance in Virginia. The exiled monarch passes his time handing out candy to curious children, and awarding knighthoods to anyone willing to pay a few thousand dollars to acquire a title.
