Worn-out roofing materials add changes to Idaho county courthouse work

Deteriorating trusses and other worn-out roofing materials have brought change orders to a remodeling project at the Cassia County courthouse in Idaho. Leaks have damaged the flat roof's plywood and trusses, requiring them to be removed and insulation added. "It doesn’t make sense to remodel this building and have the roof leak," said county manager Kerry McMurray.
