Last week, teenagers at North Philadelphia's Gratz High School, which lost four students in a string of violent episodes earlier this school year, discussed bullying and school violence with peers at a London technology college. The videoconferenced interchange was part of an antiviolence program organized under the auspices of Queen Elizabeth's Jubilee International Education Initiative.
