Pfizer breast cancer drug to be tested in large study

Researchers are preparing a study to determine if Pfizer's breast cancer drug Aromasin, currently used to treat breast cancer, also can prevent the disease. The study, to involve some 4,500 women, is among the first to examine if the aromatase inhibitor-class drug can prevent breast cancer in women who are at high risk of developing the disease.
