Bmi may expand trans-Atlantic service after open skies takes effect

Bmi's decision to expand its trans-Atlantic service next year depends on aircraft availability, market possibilities and partnerships, Commercial Director Adrian Parkes says. He says the airline did not expect the U.S. and the EU to come to an open skies agreement. "Of course, we have the desire to go for it as soon as we are ready," Parkes says.
